Automatic Steel Ball Slide Assembly Machine

Section 1
1. Manually line up ball cage and middle rail
2. Pneumatic robot pushes ball cage through ball inserting device and assemble with middle rail. Before ball cage moves into middle rail, grease is spread to middle rail area.

Ball cage and middle rail assembled parts, moves forward through an intermittent conveyer

Section 2
Assemble plug on the rail, plug is supplied by vibration bowl.

Section 3
Assemble plastic strips and assembly outer rails
There are two plastic strip magazines, manually load plastic strips,
Robot will clamp middle rail, which has ball cage assembled, and move through plastic strip magazines.
Plastic strips will be assembled. And whole piece will go through ball inserting device and then assembled with outer rail

Section 4

Outer rail assembled part are moved by an intermittent conveyer to
Bending station where a hydraulic press will bend the end piece on outer rail,
Move the assembled part to next station and insert end plug, which is supplied by a vibration bowl.
Then finished slide will drop to conveyer and move out.

Semi Automatic Steel Ball slide Assembly Machine

This semi automatic is good for small quantity operation, or 2 sections ball slides. The function of this semi-automatic ball slide assembly machine is to assemble following four elements together. (1) outer rail (2) ball cage (3) steel ball (4) greasing
Line up ball cage on right side material rack, and line up outer rail on right side material rack. Robot will bring the ball cage running through ball inserting device. Balls will be fed into cavities on ball cage. There is grease dispenser which will instill grease into the rail.
