INTRODUCTION TO
AUTO VACUUM SHAPING MACHINE
I. SPECIAL FEATURES:
- The machine is an automatically "heat pressure"
shaping machine. The so-called "heat pressure" shaping is to lead
plastic film to process of shaping by means of "heat" and "pressure".
- The plastic film which is heated and softened
will touch model by vacuum suction and shape then.
- The main cyclic flow in shaping is heating,
shaping, cooling, stripping and charging.

II. USES:
- Suitable to all products which can be made of
plastic film and in heat shaping.
- Examples of finished products: plastic ceiling,
wainscot, plastic-steel door plate, suitcase, brief artworks, gifts,
advertising board, fruit try, food container, packing box of hardware
tool and the transparent shell used for vacuum shell package, etc.
- Classifications of film: PVC. PS, ABS and PSP.
