PREVENT FALLING DEVICE:
The fixing plates of the trolley wheels are with special channel design, which will prevent the trolley from being derailed should the lifted weight drop.
IMPACT PROTECTION DEVICE:
There is rubber-bushing device on both sides of the fixing plates of the trolley wheels. The device can protect the trolley from damage and reduce the impact force should the trolley hit the ed plates of its rails.
HIGH LIFTING HEIGHT DESIGN:
Since the hoist is fixed directly between two hanger plates, the space required for suspension is reduced and the lifting height is increased. Also, with the replaced turning connector, the lifting height will be increased.
TRAVERSE SPEED:
There are single and dual traverse speeds available for all types of hoist.

1. Frame & Housing:
Ć The load-supporting frame is cast in one piece from aluminum alloy by gravity die-casting (TYPE CT15 and CT30) or nodular cast iron (TYPE CT45, CT60 and CT75) to ensure structural integrity.

2. Hoist Brake:
Ć DC disc brake with two flat-faced brakes disc TS (asbestos free) with a life of more than 1 million actuation, patent pending.
Ć Oversized brake disc's lower surface stress and prolong brake life, frequent adjustments are not necessary.
Ć Holding brake can be manually released to lower the load in the event of a power failure or malfunction without special tools.

3. Overload Limit:
Ć New Design: The load-limiting clutch does not break the kinetic bond between the holding brake and the lifted load, patent pending.
